MINDFILES | Swarovski + Satin
The Chromat AW15 Mindfiles Collection expands the concepts of innovator Martine Rothblatt's post-human Mindfiles to envision an entirely (wo)man-made, synthetic world of bionic bodies. The AW15 lingerie, garments and cages implements material biotechnology such as thermoplastic polyurethane, latex, leather coated in patent surfaces, synthetic hair and (wo)man-made Swarovski crystals to recreate natural phenomenon through chemical processes.
The Swarovski crystal pieces in the Mindfiles collection were created in collaboration with Kerin Rose Gold of A Morir Eyewear.
