It has been an incredible experience to be a part of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund.

Since the 10 finalists were announced in July, we have had the chance to gain insight from each judge: Anna Wintour and Mark Holgate from Vogue, Jenna Lyons from J Crew, Diane Von Furstenberg, Reed Krakoff, Ken Downing from Neiman Marcus, Steven Kolb from the CFDA, Jeffrey Kalinsky at Jeffrey New York, Andrew Rosen at Theory and Marcus Wainwright and David Neville at Rag & Bone.

FOSSIL DESIGN CHALLENGE

Robert Irwin's exhibit at Dia:Beacon served as the inspiration for the Chromat Electroluminescent Dress. The exposed structure of the mesh exhibit walls and the soft glow of each fluorescent fixture emerging through these layers informed the look's structure and color.

CFDA/ VOGUE RUNWAY SHOW AT CHATEAU MARMONT

Chromat traveled to Los Angeles to see the Vogue runway show held at the Chateau Marmont.
