We picked up more than 130 lbs of plastic and trash on the beach! Thank you to all the #ChromatBABES and everyone who came by to help out!

We teamed up with Debris Free Oceans, a Miami-based organization that inspires local communities to responsibly manage the lifecycle of plastics and waste as part of a global initiative to eradicate marine debris from our beaches, reefs, and oceans.

 Only 9% of all plastic ever produced has been properly recycled. There are 13x more pieces of plastic in our oceans than stars in our galaxy.

By the year 2050 there will be more plastic in our oceans than fish, by weight.

The earth is coughing up plastic on our shores and we all have to change our reliance on this material.
